W system is very small and powerfull graphic system like X but 80k :)
very good for embedded systems. many companies use it for their PDC projects.
just untar the w1r4.tgz file and move wt1r4.tgz inside the wws dir (created by w1r4.tgz)
then you can remove .tgzs. 
read the instructions in wws dir.
